Remote Monitoring & Management

NOC Engineers remotely monitor and manage client environments for alerts relating to servers, routers, switches, firewalls and applications, so they can immediately assess, resolve or escalate issues in their early stages.

Help Desk & Support

Our support structure offers proactive and thorough IT management 24/7. Impact’s Help Desk team is staffed with certified professionals who resolve issues with any of the applications included in INC. We utilize automation to resolve issues on a 24/7 basis when possible and offer live support from 7 am-8 pm CST, Mon-Fri with some after-hours options available if agreed upon. When issues cannot be resolved remotely, an Impact technician will be deployed to your location to address the problem in person.
