Impact’s Unified Support Operations center (USO) in Lake Forest, IL is on our headquarters campus just off the Tri-State Tollway. This 12,000 square foot, state-of-the-art support center accommodates our ever-growing team of technicians and specialists. Its central location serves as a hub for Service Desk Engineers in departments such as managed IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, managed marketing, and print services.

Inside the USO
The Unique Unified Support Operations Center Mural
Created by international artist Michael Roy, also known as Birdcap, the Unified Support Operations center mural spans large portions of the inside and spills onto the outside of the building on Impact’s main campus. “The mural at Impact is about the sense of wonder you get when you’re out in a new place and in a new community. I wanted to reflect through color and composition the diverse spectrum of new experiences at every corner when you’re out and exploring new worlds,” Roy said. “This theme was reflected within the employees I met during my time, who have very much built a new community… the workplace was lighthearted, enthused, and curious; I wanted the mural to reflect that.”
