At Impact, company culture comes first, and ensuring our teams have the chance to get away from the office together to have fun is important. That’s why we brought everyone to Houston to get a taste of Texas life with a live rodeo, Texas-style BBQ, line dancing, and much more!
Every year, Impact gets all of its employees together for a weekend of camaraderie, team building, and fun. This year, everyone traveled to Houston, Texas, home of Impact’s flagship Texas branch, to take part in our all-company meeting and enjoy a bit of Texan culture together.
After the meeting in Downtown Houston, all Impactors got a chance to head out to George Ranch in Richmond, Texas to experience a live rodeo, Texas BBQ, mechanical bull riding, dancing, drinks, and a lot of fun. Watch the video above to get a look at the festivities!
