Impact Networking Earns the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Certification for 2023

Impact recognized for 11^th consecutive year as RFG Dealer Services Circle of Excellence Certified Dealership 

Impact Networking, a national managed service provider (MSP), announced today that it has earned the Ricoh Circle of Excellence certification for the calendar year 2023. This is the 11th consecutive year Impact has achieved this esteemed award.

The Ricoh Circle of Excellence is awarded to the top dealers in the United States. It has stringent assessment criteria, including technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time success rates, overall customer satisfaction, process improvement initiatives, and utilization of Ricoh support services.

The program was designed to recognize dealers who provide outstanding service and support in accordance with Ricoh’s guidelines. The RFG Circle of Excellence award signifies a quality business relationship with Ricoh that is unmatched by Impact’s competitors. Nationwide, less than a third of Ricoh dealers receive this annual award.
