The Audio Video Technician is a hands-on field role responsible for bringing AV systems to life through accurate installation, cabling, rack assembly, configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support. Working onsite under the direction of engineers and senior technicians, this role helps deliver high-quality audio/video conferencing, presentation spaces, huddle rooms, LED video walls, overhead audio, digital signage, video streaming, and interactive collaboration environments. The AV Technician partners closely with clients, internal technical teams, vendors, and project leads to ensure each engagement is completed safely, professionally, and to specification.

Compensation

The typical base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, experience and training, licensures and/or certifications, and other organizational needs.  
 
Impact may offer applicable incentive compensation plans depending on role and/or department.
