Description
Built on service. Powered by people.
Impact exists because a small group of industry leaders believed companies in our space were doing it wrong. Many prioritized margins while the people doing the work and the clients relying on it became an afterthought. Impact was built differently: invest in great people, trust them to do great work, and deliver the kind of service clients remember. That approach helped us grow from a small office technology company into a national managed services provider, while remaining privately owned and people-first.
What makes Impact special is that growth has never come at the expense of the values that got us here. We continue to reinvest in our people, our capabilities, and the opportunities ahead so employees can grow alongside the business. We’ve built something special, but we’re far from finished. The people who join Impact now will help define what comes next.
Job Overview
The Head of Growth & Delivery leads the growth function for Impact Managed Marketing and owns the quality of what it produces for clients. This is a newly created role for someone who has built growth practices before, understands what good looks like across the full spectrum of growth marketing, and wants to build differently with AI at the center of how the team works. IMM’s AI operating system is already deployed across the team; this leader will continue evolving that foundation while building the structure, standards, measurement infrastructure, and operating rhythms needed to deliver strong client outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define the structure, standards, and operating model for IMM’s growth function.
- Build measurement, attribution, and reporting infrastructure that connects growth activity to client outcomes.
- Lead the continued evolution of IMM’s AI operating system and embed AI-enabled workflows into daily production.
- Establish strict intake rules, weekly production schedules, and daily execution rhythms across cross-functional marketing disciplines.
- Turn tribal knowledge into repeatable systems by defining SOPs, QA gates, and approval pathways.
- Own capacity planning and resourcing by monitoring workloads, identifying bottlenecks, and enforcing WIP limits to support speed and predictable output.
- Partner with operations and finance to manage department costs, utilization, margin, and profitability targets.
- Partner with account leads to protect the client experience through clear scope, realistic deadlines, and a consistent delivery rhythm.
- Own the strategic quality of growth marketing work across active client engagements.
- Translate client goals into integrated strategies across paid media, SEO, content, email, demand generation, CRO, and measurement.
- Represent IMM in pre-sale conversations and communicate strategy, performance, and roadmaps to clients and leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of growth operators across multiple disciplines.
- Build a low-ego, high-accountability team culture focused on ownership, transparency, and work that delivers measurable client value.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, including 3+ years leading teams.
- Experience building a growth function, including team structure, measurement infrastructure, and integrated strategy.
- Full-spectrum growth marketing expertise across paid media, SEO, content, email, demand generation, CRO, and measurement.
- Deep B2B marketing fluency, including pipeline, lead lifecycle, CRM, and connecting marketing activity to revenue.
- Strong fluency in attribution, measurement architecture, and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and lead people across growth disciplines.
- Comfortable operating in an AI-augmented production environment and actively using AI tools today.
- Experience using AI-enabled workflows and modern creative, analytics, and MarTech platforms; familiarity with tools such as AI Elevate, Claude, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma is preferred.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to clearly present strategy, performance, and roadmaps to clients and internal leadership.
