Helping You Meet Sustainability Goals, One Page at a Time

Everybody uses paper, every day of every week. Americans collectively use 85,000,000 tons of paper per year—that’s about 680 pounds per person; the approximate equivalent to an average male grizzly bear.

This excessive use of pulp and paper resources has had tremendous effects on our planet’s rainforests—an area the size of a soccer field is lost to deforestation every second. This is unsustainable, and it’s why, back in 2014, we started helping our customers achieve their sustainability goals through a set of quality green initiatives.

Through the solutions we offer, our customers have collectively offset the equivalent of 4.2 billion pages of paper by reforesting 503,000+ standard trees, and many have saved on waste and unnecessary costs affecting their bottom line.

Take a look at Impact’s 2020 video below to see what we’ve done before and join us in continuing to combine business and sustainability going forward!

Our Initiatives to Help You Go Green

PaperCut is one of our document management solutions. By creating rule-based workflows and printing only what you have to, your business can drastically reduce the volume of paper it consumes—reducing your carbon footprint and saving you money on printing costs at the same time.

Sustainably Sourced Paper

We source all our paper from one trusted US-based mill, ensuring the highest quality at a consistent price. We supply green and recycled paper products to our customers, helping them reach their sustainability objectives—all through one supplier.

Toner Recycling Program

Impact’s Toner Recycling Program offers MPS customers the opportunity to make use of old cartridges by allowing them to recycle them for free. We provide the shipping labels at your request, helping you do your bit for the environment by reducing the number of new cartridges being manufactured, saving energy and water.

We are an authorized channel partner of the PrintReleaf Exchange (PRX), a cloud-based technology program that measures paper product use and reforestation. When using PRX, customers can “releaf” (plant new trees) the equivalent of their paper consumption, choose where they want to plant them and even track the progress of the reforestation efforts they’re providing for.
