FHG, headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, first connected with Impact in 2011 for Managed Process Optimization services with the DocuWare platform. The team implemented the platform to integrate with the ProfitSword ERP platform and streamline the company’s invoice processing services. Still, because of the number of hotel properties, it was difficult to create a streamlined printer fleet or standard set of IT best practices across the board.

During a more recent assessment, the Impact team uncovered First Hospitality Group’s latest need based on their aging IT infrastructure and began a new assessment with the Managed IT & Cloud Services team in conjunction with the Managed Print Services team.
