Lake Forest, IL — March 30, 2026 — Impact Networking today announced a new strategic authorized reseller relationship with Alltura Solutions, LLC, an independent West Coast-based organization that will conduct business under the trade name ImpactWest. The relationship expands IMPACT’s national footprint through a defined indirect authorized reseller sales model focused exclusively on managed IT and cybersecurity services.
Operating under the trade name ImpactWest, Alltura Solutions, LLC will serve West Coast markets while remaining an independent organization with its own leadership, employees, sales organization, and day-to-day operations.
ImpactWest will act as an authorized reseller of IMPACT’s managed IT and cybersecurity service offerings. ImpactWest is not a subsidiary, division, affiliate or operational extension of IMPACT, and does not have authority to bind or represent IMPACT beyond the scope of the authorized reseller relationship. The authorized reseller structure enables increased regional market penetration while maintaining brand governance, operational clarity, and customer experience standards.
