Since the late 90s, Custom Data Too Mail has competed in the printing industry in Wisconsin. Based in Menomonee Falls, Jerry and Debbie Wick receive client data and produce high-quality direct mail and print materials.

After connecting with a local vendor in order to purchase a top-of-the-line Konica Minolta production machine, the team found themselves constantly dealing with print emergencies. Though the machine was new, it regularly went down, causing numerous delays for the small company.

Their vendor performed bandaid fixes that only lasted a few hours at a time. With that, the team knew it was time to find the customer service and print expertise necessary to run their business.

“A partner is someone that you’re joined together with and they are on your team. That’s how I feel about Impact. A partner is someone that comes in and rolls up his sleeves and goes to work with you in solving the problem.”

Watch this video to hear from Custom Data Too Mail’s President, Jerry Wick, about how the Impact team won his business and connected him with the right production printer to get things running up to speed, now supported by a team of world-class service experts.
