Two Women at Impact Recognized as CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel

Impact Networking, LLC, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Rebecca Adolf, Marketing Director and Ashley Davis, Sales Manager, to its prestigious 2016 Women of the Channel list. The women executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees on the basis of their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.

Rebecca is the in-house Marketing Director at Impact, where she uses her design and digital marketing skills to focus on growing digital and print marketing initiatives. She is currently working on a team to research and implement a new marketing automation solution for both in-house and clients. A few accomplishments include: initially formalizing and building digital marketing services and client base, designing and launching the Impact ‘Champions Wanted’ recruitment campaign and implementing a multi-city local billboard campaign. While currently managing print specialist team at the Impact Peru location, Rebecca continues to update marketing materials and produces new marketing pieces in-house to match the recently re-branded corporate image.

Within the past year, Ashley has transitioned from Senior Sales Consultant in our Chicago office, to Sales Manager of our Darien office. One of Ashley’s first accomplishments at Impact was winning the title of “Sales Rookie of the Year” with many more to follow, including: being featured in recruitment videos, speaking publicly at recruitment events and training our new boot camp reps, just to name a few. She has developed and cultivated a new, successful sales team and has adjusted the value proposition and selling opportunities in a vastly different market. Ashley plans to continue advancing Impact’s channel business and contributing to the bottom line through recruiting, hiring, growing and maturing the next generation of successful sales reps.

“These executives have made a lasting mark on our industry—growing and elevating partner programs, leading transitions to new business models and introducing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies, among other remarkable achievements.” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We congratulate all the 2016 Women of the Channel and celebrate their singular contributions to the advancement of the channel ecosystem.”

“Rebecca and Ashley have consistently shown leadership and hard work in every project they take on,” Impact Chief Executive Officer, Frank Cucco said. “Each of these women prove to be an integral part in how Impact continues to grow, develop and shape our future successes.”

The 2016 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/wotc2016.
