Impact Unveils New Website

After months of design iterations and programming, Impact Networking, LLC has launched its new website. The site was designed and programmed internally by the Impact Design & Marketing group. It is hosted at the Impact Data Center in Lake Forest, IL.

The new site is consistent with a rejuvenated branding and positioning initiative that Impact underwent at the end of 2015. After years of expanding and acquiring solutions to help businesses reduce redundant, manual or paper-based processes, Impact now offers four distinct practice areas: Business Process Automation, Document Management, Design and Marketing, Outsourced and Managed IT.

Impact is able to dramatically increase efficiency and help businesses achieve operational goals by combining software, hardware, expert implementation, and ongoing support into a one-source business model.

“By updating all of our marketing components to match our new brand initiative, we are able to fully tell the story of how we engage clients and change or improve their business processes with smart design, technology and automation,” Impact Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Borchew said. “This allows us to approach clients with integrated solutions, starting at different touch points.”

With 11 branches throughout Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, clients, prospects and potential employees are now able to select a page focused on their specific location. Each location page contains information regarding that particular branch, including: phone number, address, directions, job openings, upcoming events, spotlights and branch contacts. Localizing pages and integrating specific SEO terms increases exposure for each branch. Having pages that provide local contact information is key for customer support and ongoing success.

Another main objective for the new website was to focus on recruiting new talent to join the Impact team. Potential candidates can view company information, awards and videos about the company culture in order to give them a feel for what working for Impact is like.

“Recruiting is a huge issue for growing businesses. Impact must compete for talent, and the website is the on the front line of the battle for awareness and in-depth information,” said Borchew.
