Impact Ranked 4th in the Best Places to Work in Milwaukee for the Small Employer Category
Lake Forest, IL – Impact, the nation’s leading managed service provider, has been named to the Milwaukee Business Journal’s ‘Best Places to Work’ list. This year Impact was ranked 4th in the small employer category. The Brookfield branch opened in 2007 and has seen significant growth in recent years, with over 35 fulltime employees today.

This year, only 44 companies in the Milwaukee-area were selected for this award. Impact employees at the Brookfield branch were surveyed by the Milwaukee Business Journal’s program partner, Quantum Workplace. The survey questions included personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, job satisfaction and more. In reviewing the results, the employees feel that senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resources. Additionally, out of all the survey responses the one word that best described the work environment was “challenging.”
Employees were able to provide optional responses to several open-ended questions and the anonymous responses proved why Impact’s Brookfield branch ranks as one the Best Places to Work in Milwaukee.
