Jon Voytilla Promoted to Sales Manager of Indianapolis Sales Team 1

Impact is pleased to announce the promotion of yet another rising star in the company. Effective January 2017, Jon Voytilla of Darien, IL Sales Team 2 will become the Sales Manager of Sales Team 2 in Indianapolis, IN.

Voytilla joined the Impact team in May of 2014, immediately after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Eastern Illinois University. At EIU, Jon was known as a man of professional and personal integrity whose interpersonal skills allowed him to connect very well with others. Jon’s innate ability to communicate has been a tremendous asset to him at Impact, where his diligence and upbeat attitude has continuously resulted in success.

Jon has been recognized and rewarded for his contributions here at Impact thus far. He attended two Quarterly Partner Dinners in 2015, a distinction awarded to top-performing sales professionals within the company. Impact Partner Mike Lepper has managed and worked closely with Voytilla in the Darien branch, and offered an endorsement of Voytilla’s skills and work ethic. “Jon comes from an athletic background and he’s a natural leader. People respect him because he’s assertive, competitive and fearless. Jon came to Impact with talent and we spent a majority or our time showing him the impact playbook. He picked it up very quickly.” Lepper added that Voytilla’s confidence and communication skills consistently get results because Jon is able to secure meetings with high level contacts.

Jon’s proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire will be an incredible asset to Impact operations in Indianapolis. Lepper expressed excitement and confidence at Jon’s knack for working with and managing sales team members with various levels of experience. “Jon was just in the trenches doing what they do every day, so he has that valuable perspective. I am excited to see him grow with Impact, and to see how that will positively impact the Indianapolis branch.”
