Impact & Ricoh Expand Partnership to the West Coast
Continuing a year of growth, all Impact customers will now have access to Ricoh products
LOS ANGELES – Effective immediately, Impact, a leading managed service provider, will be offering Ricoh products and services to the their West Coast clientele. After months of collaboration, the leadership teams at Impact and Ricoh worked together to expand their current partnership to include Impact’s newest branches in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA.
Impact became a Ricoh partner in January 2017, following the acquisition of Illinois Paper & Copier company. Since then, Impact has received the 2018 and 2019 Ricoh Circle Of Excellence Award and Prestige Certification. In 2019, Impact had seven Service Engineers obtain the certification; nationally, only 43 out of over 350 Ricoh dealers have at least one service technician achieve Prestige Certification.
When Impact opened its first California office and distribution center in September 2017 in Downtown Los Angeles, it was always the goal to expand the Ricoh partnership. Since then, the Los Angeles office has doubled in size and a second location in Anaheim, CA opened in May 2018. Ricoh will be a welcome addition to Impact’s West Coast portfolio, as both company’s share a passion for innovation.
