Impact Networking Signs 5-Year Deal With Austin’s Fuel Room As Exclusive Managed IT Partner
Local Concert Venue to Rebrand As Impact Fuel Room in Exchange for Managed Services
Lake Forest, IL, October 7, 2019—Impact Networking, a leading national managed service provider, signed a 5-year deal with local concert venue, Austin’s Fuel Room, to become their exclusive managed IT partner. The partnership will include a rebranding of the venue to become the Impact Fuel Room, and an upgrade in IT services.
Austin’s Fuel Room has been a long-standing music venue in the Libertyville area with weekly concerts and a connected Saloon & Eatery for dining and private events. The venue was previously sponsored by liquor companies, but as the music industry continues to change, Austin’s Fuel Room owner, Mark Khayat, was ready to make a shift and partner with a technology company. He and Impact CEO, Frank Cucco, both saw the mutual benefits of the partnership and inked a 5-year deal which includes the rebranding of the venue in exchange for Impact’s managed services including IT, marketing and more.
“We are very excited to be partnering with Impact to rebrand the space and provide our customers with better services such as high speed, secure WiFi,” said Khayat. “Impact employees have been regulars of the Fuel Room for years and we knew the company was the perfect fit to help us capture new customers and tighten up our current infrastructure.”
In addition to rebranding the space, which will take place over the next year, the deal will include Impact’s Managed IT services. Impact will manage the building’s network to keep it secure, a benefit for customers looking to take advantage of the free WiFi and 365-day patio. The Fuel Room is soon to be one of the most secure buildings in the area to host a corporate event.
“As Impact’s products and services continue to expand, we are excited to continue to expand our partnerships. Impact has been headquartered in Lake Forest, IL since 2007 and as we start the expansion of our new building, partnering with a local business makes perfect sense,” said Cucco.
