Enterprise Solutions Department Grows New Team
Addition of three new employees fuels ERP sales for growing division
Impact, a leading managed service provider, is continuing the growth of its new Enterprise Solutions department, which launched at the end of 2018, with the addition of three new employees. Industry veteran and Impact Director of Enterprise Solutions Mark Sengstock has strategically expanded his team to include Contessa LoCascio, Senior Functional Consultant, Caitlin Cima, Business Development Specialist, and Joe Marcy, SharePoint Developer.
Contessa LoCascio, a new employee to Impact, brings 25 years of experience in enterprise-level ERP solutions and implementations. As an expert in the field, especially as it relates to manufacturing and distribution, her skills will be incredibly valuable during the ERP implementation process. 10-year Impact sales veteran Caitlin Cima transitioned from a Major Account Executive to Business Development Specialist for the Enterprise Solutions division. Caitlin’s addition to the Enterprise Solutions team will be a benefit to customers, as she bring deep knowledge and expertise of Impact’s full suite of digital transformation solutions. Joe Marcy comes to Impact with experience as a systems developer and will be responsible for the customization and implementation of the ERP solution.
“Expanding Impact’s offerings to include an ERP solution was a necessary next step for the team to offer clients a suite of solutions to achieve full digital transformation,” said Mark Sengstock. “Impact’s ERP offering is a fixed-priced implementation model that is rarely seen in the SMB market. Now that we have a full team on board, we are excited to offer ERP to all of our clients throughout the Midwest and West Coast.” Sengstock’s 2019 growth plans for the department include the addition of new products, such as LiveTiles, and the addition of new employees, such as developers.
To date, Impact has already begun selling its ERP services to clients in all markets. Currently, Impact has partnered with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Business Central suite, a software solution that empowers clients to effectively manage core business processes like purchasing, inventory management, sales and more, and the Finance and Operations system.
