Impact Managed Marketing is seeking a dedicated, imaginative, and driven Copywriter to join our creative team. As a vital contributor to compelling storytelling, brand positioning, and concept development, you will play an active role in shaping and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. You will directly contribute to the success and innovation of client projects while collaborating closely with senior members of the team, art directors, strategists, and account managers to deliver impactful work across a wide range of marketing channels. Embodying the ethos of the company and supporting its vision, you will contribute to a workplace that values energy, creativity, fun, and professional integrity, serving as a reliable and innovative voice in the creative process. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Help develop concepts and persuasive copy for campaign ideas, brand identities, and a wide array of marketing materials, including digital and print. 
  • Write and edit copy for various formats, including headlines, body copy, taglines, scripts, and long-form and short-form content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging. 
  • Utilize strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills to elevate brand identities and drive marketing initiatives. 
  • Continuously innovate, bringing fresh ideas and novel solutions to improve processes. 
  • Strive for a deep understanding of client businesses and tailor creative ideas to help differentiate them in the market. 
  • Present creative concepts and justify copy decisions by tying them back to client business goals and objectives. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing. 
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop cohesive, creative outcomes. 
  • Take ownership of projects, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and goals. 
  • Help manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in all creative outputs. 
 
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in various conceptual capabilities and a deep understanding of brand storytelling. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving capability with a passion for innovation in both thought and execution. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to adapt to fast-paced environments. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate copy concepts and rationale to clients and team members.

  • Ability to help execute creative solutions across platforms such as digital, print, brand identity, and multimedia. 
  • Adobe Illustrator and InDesign knowledge a plus.

  • $65,000 - $75,000 expected salary range
