Wisconsin Vice President of Sales Rick Ray to Lead All Business Applications and Enterprise Resource Planning Sales Operations
Impact Networking, a leading managed service provider (MSP), today announced a new role for Vice President of Sales, Wisconsin/Partner Rick Ray, effective February 9, 2022.
In his new role, Ray will be responsible for leading the company’s Business Applications (BA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sales operations. He will be focused on collaborating with the leaders of the BA and ERP divisions to continue to refine Impact’s sales capability as it relates to digital innovation through new technologies that improve efficiency, productivity, workflows, and customer experience. He will work closely with Vice President of Expert Services/Partner Patrick Scully to ensure world-class service through implementation and beyond.
Impact Chief Technology Officer/Partner Frank DeGeorge will be relinquishing the aforementioned responsibilities, enabling DeGeorge to focus on Impact’s growth strategy in relation to its core systems with more than 800 internal customers.
Among his many accomplishments as Vice President of Sales in Wisconsin, Ray grew the Wisconsin region from two markets to five and helped increase sales from $4mm to $30mm. He led all sales operations across all five markets: Appleton, Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Rockford. Ray is a 20-year veteran of Impact Networking and was named partner in 2010.
