Impact Earns Ricoh’s Prestigious Circle of Excellence Award for the Calendar Year 2022
Impact Networking, a leading managed service provider (MSP), announced today that it has received the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award for the calendar year 2022. This is the 10th consecutive year Impact has earned this distinguished award. Additionally, 13 Impact employees became Ricoh Prestige Certified Technicians, with six of them earning “Prestige Elite” status; the highest achievement within the Ricoh Circle of Excellence. In the Technology category, Impact once again has the #1 certified technician in the United States.
The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award honors the top dealers in the United States. It has stringent assessment criteria, including technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time success rates, overall customer satisfaction, process improvement initiatives, and utilization of Ricoh support services.
The program was designed to recognize dealers who provide outstanding service and support in accordance with Ricoh’s guidelines. A Circle of Excellence Award signifies a quality business relationship with Ricoh that is unmatched by Impact’s competitors. Less than a third of Ricoh dealers receive this annual award.
Receiving the Circle of Excellence Award gives Impact several advantages in its business partnership with Ricoh. Customer benefits include exclusive promotions and discounts, priority status as a client, and immediate response to service inquiries. “We are honored to receive the the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award for the 10th year in a row,” said Impact Vice President of Client Experience Jeff Ford. “Impact is committed to providing our customers with the best service possible, and this award demonstrates that.”
The Ricoh Prestige Certification is the highest level of attainment for service engineers within the RFG Ricoh Circle of Excellence program. Nationally, only 42 of more than 430 Ricoh dealers throughout the United States have at least one service technician achieve Prestige Certification, which is why it’s so significant that Impact had 13 service engineers obtain the certification. The Prestige Certification is awarded to those who achieve a minimum score of 80% and are in the top 75 scorers for the Hardware and/or Technology track assessments.
