Copy All Service to Fully Transition to Impact Networking by Year’s End

Impact Networking is beginning the rebranding process that was a result of our January 2015 acquisition of Copy All Service. Copy All Service has been in business for 55 years, and has built strong relationships with area residents and businesses throughout the Illinois Valley area and beyond. Impact Networking is a leading provider of document technology and business process automation solutions, headquartered in Waukegan, IL. By the end of this year, Impact will rebrand and fully integrate the Peru, IL office into its network of branches.

The Peru office will continue to offer award-winning office equipment from Konica Minolta and Kyocera backed up by tenured award-winning service technicians that are dispatched and live locally. With the acquisition, the Peru office will further its offerings to include document management solutions.

“We are still in the process of transitioning and we sincerely appreciate the patience of the local staff,” said CEO Frank Cucco. “But our united team will continue to bring a level of expertise and award-winning service to Copy All Service’s customers.”

Impact will be installing state-of-the-art equipment in the copy center and broadening services offered, including: graphic design, wide format printing, scanning, bound booklets, business cards, menus, posters and banners.
