Impact and Culinary Care Celebrate Inaugural Impact Cup
Last year was the first year that Impact awarded the Impact Cup. Three years ago, Impact partnered with the nonprofit Culinary Care as a sponsor their Annual Corporate Cook-Off event.
The Corporate Cook-Off is Culinary Care’s signature fundraising experience where Chicago’s philanthropic organizations sponsor teams to cook alongside top local chefs and prepare the best cancer-friendly dish for people in need. Since its founding in 2013, Culinary Care’s program, which delivers free, restaurant-prepared meals to patients and their families, has expanded by over 1000%. The Corporate Cook-Off is the biggest driver of this success.
In October 2019, Impact and Culinary Care teamed up to introduce the Impact Cup, the championship trophy awarded annually to the Corporate Cook-Off winner. The trophy was produced exclusively by Tiffany!
Supporting charitable causes is Impact’s way of giving back to the community, and throughout our history, we’ve partnered with and donated to a number of local causes and nonprofits. Our partnership with Culinary Care is a cause we are particularly proud of, and the legacy of the Impact Cup will continue for a long time to come.
