I think that these trips really bring admin and sales together and strengthen those relationships.
I think trips like these allow everyone to get to know each other a little bit better.
Everybody works really hard around here, and it’s nice to have a reward. It’s nice to, I definitely know that people feel appreciated.
You know that the long hours and the hard work you’re putting in are actually recognized by the leaders in the organization.
I would say the best part of the Aspen trip was hanging out with everybody. There were so many activities throughout the day, and the dinners, and snowboarding, and skiing.
Obviously spending time with all the different employees that were there, that were from different branches or departments, just because otherwise I wouldn’t really get a chance to hang out with them.
My favorite part was probably Cloud 9.
I’d probably have to say the party at the Cloud 9.
We would love to go to Cloud 9, but it’s for the people who know how to ski. It’s a more advanced mountain to go down.
There was the champagne bar at the top of Highland Mountain.
The place was packed to the gills, people shoulder to shoulder.
From what we heard from other people; it was the time of their life. I mean, like, we’ll, dream of Cloud 9, but…
You got to spray champagne at everyone.
Dancing on tables, singing.
I just would rather have solid bones, not broken bones. So I’m okay with going down the smaller mountains.
It was a pretty good time.
I’m on cloud 9 just going down the slopes on my own.
It’s a great feeling to work for a company that rewards, you know, hard work.
It’s definitely an experience like no other.
I’ve never worked for a company like Impact that rewards its employees this way.
Having trips like this and being able to earn the opportunity to travel really keeps you focused.
You know, for just doing your job, you’re getting rewarded for something that’s just expected of you. So it’s really cool to see these people, you know, take advantage of the opportunities that we put out there and hustle hard to make sure that they’re getting the opportunity to attend.
These are once in a lifetime trips. It’s well worth all the effort to get here.
Frank never ceases to amaze me or anybody else. There’s always going to be something new. He keeps things fresh.
It’s a pretty nice pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
