Young Professionals Pave the Way for Leading Managed Services Provider

Today, Impact Networking, a leading managed services provider, is pleased to announce the company’s newest partners as of Jan. 1, 2021. Vice President of Talent Acquisitions Cynthia Bennett, Vice President of Expert Services Patrick Scully, and Sales Manager of Brookfield 1 Alex Zaban were chosen through a highly selective process for their outstanding leadership and exemplary support of their teams and the company at large. Ultimately, these young professionals have enabled industry-leading solutions, sales and growth, especially through the unprecedented year.

Bennett, Scully and Zaban were recognized at the annual All-Company Meeting on Feb. 19. “We congratulate and thank our new partners for showing up every day with passion and integrity,” said Impact CEO Frank Cucco. “They demonstrate a commitment to excellence and an unwavering dedication to our people and culture.”

Bennett, 28, who started as a receptionist at the corporate headquarters in 2013, now leads a team of five recruiters and one talent acquisition manager who has helped source over 650 employees. Bennett described receiving the news from Cucco. “This recognition is an affirmation of all of my hard work, the early mornings and late nights —it’s all worth it,” said Bennett. “[Cucco] is an amazing leader. He inspires leadership in everyone, every single day.” Bennet was also recognized as one of CRN's 2020 Women of the Channel.

Among the new partners, Scully, 35, holds the longest tenure, starting his career with Impact in 2008 as a Systems Integrator for business applications. Scully, who grew quickly to manager, then director and most recently vice president, said, “I’m most looking forward to affording my team the same opportunities that were afforded to me. I’m only as good as the rest of my team, so I need to make sure I provide them opportunities for growth. It’s a win-win-win.”

In 2012, Zaban, 31, started as an entry-level Account Manager and quickly excelled to sales manager of Brookfield where he leads a team of five account managers and four specialists. About becoming partner Zaban said, “It’s very humbling. It’s amazing to feel appreciated and valued, especially as a young professional.”

Impact’s strong partnership ethos has always been at the heart of its culture. It has long applied to how its people interact with customers and with each other as colleagues. Together, the company’s partners bring deep and broad expertise to their roles. Cucco said, “We look forward to our continued success in serving the evolving needs of our customers together.”
