Renowned Managed Service Provider Partners with Local Executives to Open First Office in Houston, TX

Lake Forest, IL November 16th, 2020 — Impact Networking, a leading managed service provider, is continuing to grow and expand with the announcement of a new Sales and Technology Showroom in Houston, Texas. For this southward expansion, Impact has partnered with industry veterans — and local Texans — Scott Copeland and Casey Vaughan, President and Chief Operating Officer of Impact Texas, respectively.

The Impact executive team is continuously looking for opportunities to grow and increase the services, solutions and geographical reach of the company to ultimately meet its national ambitions. Since opening operations on the West Coast in 2017, Impact has continued to grow year over year and experience rapid success. In Texas, Impact will bring the same localized approach to service that clients in the Midwest and West Coast have come to know and expect.

In recent years, Texas has seen a unique shift, increasing rapidly in population and diversifying in industries. Houston, one of the biggest and fastest-growing markets in the country, will be the first location for Impact Texas, with plans to expand into Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. The Texas market has been missing a managed service provider that can offer true digital transformation solutions and world-class local support, and Impact is perfectly placed to fill this gap.

Impact CEO, Frank Cucco, expressed his enthusiasm about the expansion saying, “We are excited to partner with Scott and Casey to open Impact Texas. This new venture and partnership will bring clients in Texas a suite of services and technology in a one-source business model they haven’t seen before.”

Scott Copeland and Casey Vaughan, bring a combined 40+ years of experience in the industry and have an extensive understanding of the SMB market in Texas. Together they will be responsible for running Texas operations and providing clients with Impact’s full managed service offering including IT & Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Innovation, Marketing & Branding and Print & Documents.

The Impact Houston, Texas office is located at 5825 North Sam Houston Parkway West, Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77086.
