The heart and soul of Impact is that we bring in good people, we’re fair with them, and we let them basically have a blank slate to create greatness, whatever that is. And I think that you can’t get that kind of high creativity by putting a lot of limitations on people. It doesn’t mean go wild and do whatever you want, but at least they have the freedom to think they can think on their own, and bring new, unique, creative ideas to the company.
