Recently, three Impact service technicians received the Konica Technician of the Month Award, which is granted to technicians based on their performance and accomplishments in productivity and performance, training certifications and customer satisfaction.

I’m Carl Grages, I’m a level one digital service technician out of the Chicago Fulton office. I have just received the Konica Tech of the Month award for the month of March 2020. This award is given to individuals who have been recognized by Konica for their performance, productivity, training, customer satisfaction in the field.
My name’s Arturo Ruiz, Senior Tech for the Loop. I was awarded March Tech of the Month. This award goes to the people that Konica evaluates for the highest performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and trainings.
Jeff McFarlin, Digital Technician III, from the Lake Forest branch. I’m excited to be recognized by Konica and Impact for my hard work. To me, this award is more than just for recognition. It’s an achievement, dedicated to all the effort and hard work I have put forth here at Impact. This award to me means that the hard work I put in day-in and day-out doesn’t go unrecognized. It also helps Impact by showing the nation that not even this pandemic can knock us down. We will come out of this stronger.
Impact’s service team is the best I’ve the pleasure of working with. From their can-do attitude to their helpfulness, we at Impact as a service team are different. We are family that sticks together no matter what. The part of our family is not with us at this time, it is important that we’re doing our part to stay safe and wear our proper PPE therefore everyone, please stay safe, and take care.
