For four decades, Watertech has provided a growing portfolio of water treatment chemicals and services to businesses across the Midwest. Their team included customer service, accounts payable, and field service experts who worked with both commercial and industrial clients on a daily basis. Along with treatment services, Watertech provides equipment, remote monitoring technology, and consulting services. All of these processes and customer interactions lead to a mountain of paper.

Having been an Impact Managed Print customer since 2016, the Watertech team knew who to turn to in order to get their system of 40 filing cabinets, endless copies, and manual work.

The Impact business solutions team recommended the DocuWare platform and completed an implementation that integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP, Microsoft Outlook, and the Hydrite order fulfillment platform. With the platform in place, order-to-cash, AP, and customer service processes now run in a steady flow supported by workflow automation.
