Our student opportunities provide undergraduates and new graduates with internships and entry-level positions that include training, events, competitions and networking opportunities. We’ve established these programs to train the next generation of successful leaders in competitive industries.

Internship ProgramOur eight-week paid sales internship program gives college students real-world job experience and networking opportunities in a competitive learning environment. Interns learn alongside other students with daily and weekly training, shadow Impact’s experts and participate in competitions to show off your skills.

Impact on Campus
Our Talent Acquisition team maintains a strong presence on colleges across the country to assist
students in finding sales internships, job opportunities and more, and creating strong partnerships with top programs
across the Midwest and West Coast.
This program is available for juniors and seniors attending our partner schools or regional schools. Ambassadors act as our eyes and ears around campus, helping connect our Recruiters with campus organizations and clubs within the student body and spread awareness of the Impact brand through key talking points, informational material and swag handouts at games, events and career fairs. These students report to an assigned Recruiter, who gives them particular goals to hit. It’s a great part-time role for discovering the challenges of working for a growing company!
Impact Recruiters attend career fairs for our partnership schools and campuses across the Midwest and West Coast regions. We encourage students to come in order to develop their interview and presentation skills, as well as network with Recruiters and experience sales leaders from our various locations. Our booths are stocked with information on the company, careers and swag perfect for a busy student!
To continue training and hiring the best and brightest for the future workforce, we strive to develop and maintain relationships on campus with students and professors. Our team provides new professionals with current business insight for their curriculums, access to our Recruiters and opportunities for both in-classroom and offsite connections with Impact Partners and sales leaders who provide real-life content, mentorship and potential job opportunities. Partnerships also give students chances to attend workshops, competitions, mock interviews, outings and mixers to get experiences in new and exciting environments.
One day a year, Impact hosts students from our partner schools at our headquarters for an annual competition that tests their sales skills in a series of scenarios matching real-world business experiences. Students can sharpen their prospecting, cold calling and appointment setting skills in a competitive space that puts them in front of our sales experts. The day also includes presentations from Impact leaders, a look at Impact’s process and insights from our experts as to building and succeeding in a sales role. We hope students leave with confidence, new insights and a handful of meaningful connections that will help them in their post-college careers.
