The Impact Networking Innovation Challenge 2021
The name of the game at Impact has always been innovation.
It’s the ethos of innovation that has allowed us to grow from a small copier dealership 20 years ago to the multi-state and nationally recognized managed service provider we are today.
Only through constant innovation and iteration have we been able to sustain our 27% year-over-year growth to the nearly 1,000-strong workforce we have today, covering everything from IT and cybersecurity to marketing and software development.
It’s in this spirit of innovation that the idea for the inaugural Innovation Challenge was born.
Impact employees from across the country were invited to participate in the Innovation Challenge, an opportunity for Impact’s sharpest minds to use their wit and creativity to come up with innovative ideas to take the company to the next level.
As a reward, not only do the top three innovators receive a hefty cash prize, but also be given the opportunity to head up the initiatives and put their plans into action.
At Impact, we value initiative and taking a chance, and that’s why we’re putting our money where our mouth is and putting these fantastic projects into place.
From 42 excellent submissions, our challengers were cut down to the 10 most compelling candidates, who were invited to present their ideas to our panel of executive judges from across the entire company.
With our final ideas, from marketing initiatives and sales-enablement automation to augmented reality and virtual learning tools, our candidates presented a wide variety of diverse ideas.
Who will be the winners and who will be leading the projects for Impact’s next evolution in innovation?
Check out this highlight video and get ready for the big day when all is revealed.
