Seth Smitherman: Make an Impact
A typical day for me at Impact is checking our ticketing system, making sure the tickets are getting updated, that they’re getting resolved. That means getting into them and making sure contacts have been updated, that the customers are aware of the status of the ticket, that they’re getting updates of what we’re working on.
The biggest way I make an impact is being in there, getting to know them, getting to know how they operate, and so we can help them better, and then also with our proactive maintenance; we’re monitoring their systems at all times, so we get alerts and we could stop issues before they turn into big issues.
My biggest achievement I’m proud of here at Impact is my promotion to lead engineer. It meant a lot to me to be able to gain the trust of the other engineers and get that promotion.
