A typical day is responding to lots of emails, answering lots of phone calls, handling any kind of requests from technicians, from sales reps, from any kind of department, anything service related, it kind of comes through our department first.
My favorite thing is definitely the people. It makes it better to come into work every day when you like everyone that you work with. It’s a great environment, great culture. Everyone’s super nice and encouraging, and I just really like the team aspect.
The most fulfilling part of my job is probably helping the customers out and hearing that sense of relief come from them when they know that somebody’s on their way to help them and they could get back to their daily tasks. I also really like when I see a team member growing and doing well and understanding their job a little bit better.
